Cross Real Estate was created to help agents succeed. After ten years in full time real estate, Kevin started the team in 2018. One of Kevin's passions is training and supporting real estate agents!

Every team member is given access to personal coaching with Kevin. Our new agent training program includes 12 one hour coaching sessions and is designed to help people with no experience get your business ready before you have your license. 

We want you to be ready to sell on day one. 

Our first team member sold a house in his first week after completing this training in advance. We begin the training process two to three months before you have completed your licensing so you don’t have to waste time setting up your business when you should be doing business.

We help you get off the ground and on a steady incline of growth in your business by providing a consistent flow of buyer leads from multiple sources, including paid lead services and our active listing inventory. Every sign call, internet lead and showing request is sent to a team agent to be added to their active client list.

Full team members enjoy the stability of not having a big office bill every month. It only takes a few months with no sales to sink a new agent under the weight of growing monthly expenses.
